Calendula

Calendula has been known to possess anti-inflammatory capabilities; to calm muscle spasms; aid in menstruation; and also contains antimicrobial and antiviral components, which aid in digestion. 

Rose

The rose plant have so many beneficial components! Containing vitamins E, D, C, A, and B3, and possessing antioxidants, antidepressants, anti-inflammatory properties, this plant is a wonderful source of therapeutic points. 

Lemongrass

Aiding in digestion, lemongrass is also a wonderful ingredient full of antioxidants, which can help regulate metabolism, blood pressure, and great for use in helping burn fat and reducing cold and flu symptoms. 

Licorice Root

Used to help soothe gastrointestinal issues, licorice root is beneficial to aid in the restoration of stomach lining, and creating new balance. 

Fennel

Fennel's fibre, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B-6, and phytonutrient content, coupled with its lack of cholesterol, all support heart health. Fennel contains significant amounts of fibre. As fibre helps lower the total amount of cholesterol in the blood, it decreases the risk of heart disease.

Juniper Berries

Containing antioxidants, juniper berries are a wonderful sleep aid, great for heart health, and to help improve digestion. A wonderful ingredient as part of diabetic health.

Nettle

Nettle in tea health benefits include treating muscle pain, promoting cardiovascular health, maintaining kidney health, improving digestion, boosting immune system, enhancing the skin and treating respiratory.
