Ingredients & therapeutic benefits:

Ginger (Zingiber officinale)- A warming and calming herb may help in relieving nausea, poor digestion, period pains and smooth muscle spasms.

Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus)- A uterine tonic herb that may help to increase bile flow and reduce smooth muscle spasms.

Chastetree-berry (Vitex agnus-castus)- Chaste tree may help to support the hormones that control the menstrual cycle and ovarian function. It is often prescribed to treat breast tenderness, fluid retention, mood swings, acne and migraines.

Gingko biloba- Described as a living fossil, Gingko is used for enhancing cognitive function and may help in the treatment of mood swings, memory loss, blood circulation and improve mental alertness.

Crampbark (Viburnum opulus)- As the name implies, crampbark is primarily used for conditions associated with the cramping of the smooth muscle. It may also help relief symptoms of back pain.

Honeybush (Cyclopia intermedia)- A sweet, honey-like tasting botanical. High in vitamins and antioxidants and has the added benefits of antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
