Magnesium sulphate (Epsom salts) -  Assists with relaxation and the onset of sleep. Epsom salts are an excellent way to increase your bodies magnesium levels whilst also improving mental wellbeing, reducing bloating and fluid retention and anxiety. 

Pink Himalayan salt - A mild detoxifier, full of minerals including calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium and zinc.
