Organic Chai -Sample Size

We’ve searched high and low for the yummiest Chai in the land. We couldn’t find one, so we made one. An aromatic blend of herbs and spices inspired from the streets of India. Enjoy straight or with sweetened milk.

Black Tea (Camellia sinensis) – Traditionally used in chai tea, black tea is rich in antioxidants, helps improve cardiovascular function and may decrease inflammation.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) – A stimulating and calming herb indicated for nausea, cramping, gas and inflammation. It is also a great circulatory stimulant promoting increased blood flow, perfect for warming up those cold hands and toes!

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)- A warming and carminative herb excellent for balancing blood sugar levels, aiding digestion and stimulating circulation.

Green Cardamom – A traditional spice of India, cardamom is packed with health benefits that may aid in digestion, relieve nausea, bloating, gas and reflux.

Caraway (Carum carvi) – A traditional and versatile herb known for its antiseptic and digestive properties.

Black pepper (Piper nigrum) – Has been known for its medicinal properties for centuries. Useful to treat a sluggish digestion, flatulence, bloating and may help reduce inflammation.

Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum)- A digestive herb that may help reduce inflammation.
