Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticocus)– Often prescribed to enhance mood, energy levels, stamina, focus and work efficiency. Labelled an adaptogen, Siberian ginseng may help the body adapt to physical and psychological stress.

Papaya– Papaya contains an enzyme called “Papain” which may enhance digestion and the breakdown of protein.

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) – Fenugreek has a tonic effect that helps fight fatigue and increases convalescence. Excellent for soothing painful digestive issues including constipation.
